100 Guest is the World Headquarters location for New Balance Athletics, Inc. The design was inspired by New Balance’s former Lawrence location, a former mill building along the Merrimack River. The interior includes long floorplates, meeting and collaboration spaces, high ceilings and an abundance of natural light.
