Scope Design and implementation of exterior and interior wayfinding and building signage

A landmark art deco building originally built in 1928 as a Sears, Roebuck and Co. store and distribution center, this repositioning project revived the building as a Fenway neighborhood hub. The signage was inspired by the original structural elements and building materials. Our site wayfinding and building signage uses structural steel I-beams, shaped-arrow graphics, typography, neon that speaks to the period style, and a marquee influenced by an historical building photo.
