Sandra joined Roll Barresi and Associates with extensive experience creating environmental graphics for the public. Notable projects include Extreme Mount Washington at the summit of Mount Washington, New Hampshire, Expedition Health at the Denver Museum of Nature & Science, Star Wars and The Power of Costume for the Smithsonian Institution Traveling Exhibition Service, and Invention Dimension at the Connecticut Science Center.

At Roll Barresi and Associates, Sandra has contributed her design skills to signage projects at Brewster Academy, The Gwen Ifilll College of Media, Arts, and Humanities at Simmons University, Kenyon College Athletic Center, the Free Library of Philadelphia and Boston Symphony Orchestra's Tanglewood campus and new Center for Music and Learning. She is committed to collaborating with others, listening carefully to suggestions, and exploring possibilities to come up with creative and attractive visual solutions to meet project goals.

Sandra has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Molecular Biochemistry and Biophysics from Yale University and a Bachelor of Science degree in Graphic Design from the University of Cincinnati. She has always enjoyed creating art and had a revelation that she could pursue design as a profession after encountering designer sketches in a workspace on a behind-the-scenes tour offered to volunteers at Boston's Museum of Science.
