Roll · Barresi & Associates, Inc. is made up of people with a great deal of experience in signage and wayfinding, interpretive displays, corporate identity, and marketing communications.

We develop and implement conventional and computerized architectural graphic systems for buildings, developments, resorts, universities, transportation, office and industrial parks, hospitals, museums and other complex architectural projects.

We also create corporate identities and marketing communications programs and pieces -- corporate graphics that command respect and project positive images; communications that help sell companies, institutions, products, services, buildings, and developments. We plan, design, write, and produce.

Our clients include Harvard University, The Arnold Arboretum, Museum of Fine Arts, Boston, Princeton University, Cisco Systems, Duke University, Woods Hole Oceanographic Institution, Yale-New Haven Hospital, Boston Symphony Orchestra and MIT.

We have worked on projects of enormous range from a beach resort in Dubai to the venerable Boston Public Library; from the Smith College campus to the City of Newport, Rhode Island; from Boston's Freedom Trail to the serene Tanglewood Music Center.

Our design solutions reflect this diversity, from precisely incised roman lettering on the portals of the Harvard Medical School to the latest in high resolution electronic displays at Exploration Place, Wichita, Kansas.

Each provides the correct measure of information while remaining appropriate to the character of the environment -- discreet in a museum, playful in a resort. Our solutions are intelligent and appropriate, in tune with collective memories while creating a feeling of something new and distinctive.
